Featuring Pierre Magdangal and Tish Tuazon

Pierre and Tish had known each other since 2014, but it was only in 2017, toward the end of junior year, that they truly began to connect. As the only two members from their department in a college organization, they found themselves working together on Pierre’s final task before leaving the org.

The assignment involved legwork, partnership calls, and plenty of time together. After closing one partnership, Pierre asked Tish to a university concert. What followed was a night of music, then hours in a park talking about almost everything.

It was simple, but it was the start of something real. Pierre would later admit that Tish was the only girl he ever had the courage to ask out face-to-face. With her, the self-described “social chameleon” found someone who made him feel most like himself. Tish, in turn, found someone who knew her even better than she knew herself.

Eight years later, Pierre began planning a proposal. What was supposed to happen in November 2025 moved earlier when Tish joked that she wanted to be engaged before turning 28. With a family trip to Taiwan already set for April, Pierre chose Zhongshe Flower Market as the perfect place. He secretly asked her parents for their blessing, and they flew to Taiwan to surprise her.

Despite flight delays, nerves, and a ring hidden in his bag, the moment finally happened. Pierre knelt, Tish cried, and when she realized her parents were there, the proposal became even more unforgettable.

By the time their wedding day arrived, it felt like everyone was collectively saying, “Finally.” After nine years together, Pierre and Tish kept the ceremony simple and heartfelt, centered on God, family, and the love that had carried them through every high and low.

One of the most emotional moments happened on the aisle. As Pierre met Tish midway to receive her from her parents, both were in tears. Sensing her nerves, he held her close and whispered, “I got you.” For him, that moment said everything about their relationship.

“Meeting her midway down the aisle was the moment I truly understood why they call it ‘A Walk to Remember,’” shares Pierre. “We were both in tears, and when I felt how nervous she was, I simply told her, ‘I got you.’ That moment captured everything about our relationship, my promise to always be there for her.”, shares Pierre.

The reception was where their personalities fully came alive. Every detail felt intentional: gelato, tusok-tusok hotpot balls, lawn games, photo booths, a video guestbook, handy cam moments, and table numbers showing them growing up.

Instead of a traditional money dance, the groomsmen staged a playful “money heist.” Their after-party branding, “TIL DEATH DO US PARTY,” appeared on the floor, cocktail cups, and hangover kits.

Then came the surprises. Tish revealed an after-party look inspired by Sabrina Carpenter and Tyla, while Pierre performed a five-minute dance medley with his groomsmen using the bride’s favorite songs.

“For me, the most unforgettable part was really the groom’s surprise performance. It wasn’t just random or funny, it was very intentional because he used our favorite songs, and he did it during the after party with literally all of our loved ones surrounding the dance floor and not just sitting on their chairs. I still get happy tears whenever I watch the video! Being a hands-on couple, we noticed every detail that had gone wrong during the day, and we know no wedding is perfect but after everything that happened that day, it was really nice to just sit there, be present with everyone and live in the moment.”, shares Tish.

For Pierre and Tish, the magic was not in perfection. It was in being fully present, surrounded by people they loved, watching friends and families mingle, dance, laugh, and celebrate like they had always belonged together.

Their wedding was not just a beautiful ending to a love story. It was the most joyful beginning.
