On April 14, guests are officially welcomed to the opening of “Inspired Beginnings” with a performance by the highly-acclaimed Bernie Pasamba Quartet followed by talks courtesy of Conrad Manila’s Executive Chef Daniel Patterson, Executive Chinese Chef Eng Yew Khor and Ycoy Sitchon of La Belle Fete Weddings and Events. There will also be a Behind the Scenes workshop on wedding cakes by Cakes by Mannix, among other highlights.
On April 15, Jaja Samaniego takes center stage to discuss Wedding Photography and Styling followed by Doterra Essential Oils and the husband and wife tandem Jayjay and Feliz Lucas share about the nuances of married life. Dr. Ma. Veronica J. Estrella then takes the lead with a pre-wedding skin care workshop for brides and grooms.
Adding extra dazzle to the event is the much-awaited return of Conrad Manila’s celebrity Master Chef Jereme Leung of China Blue by Jereme Leung who will present a master class and share his insights on traditional Chinese wedding banquets, his specially curated Opulence of the Orient menu, and the latest menu trends.
For the two-day “Inspired Beginnings”, a specially produced Ting Hun or Chinese Engagement Party will take another center stage. Conrad Manila, in partnership with ChinoyTV on ANC, will be presenting this beautiful tradition replete with an engagement reenactment, while intimate talks by special guests are sure to encourage soon-to-wed couples to mount a Ting Hun for their own weddings.
