Ladylyn Riva, a former Binibining Pilipinas and Century Superbods candidate who was eventually crowned Miss Casino Filipino in 2013, said ‘I Do’ to Manila City Councilor (5th District) Irwin Tieng in a lavish wedding ceremony made of dreams on September 30, 2018, at the Marriott Hotel Grand Ballroom.
Gideon Hermosa turned the ballroom into a midnight sky, filling the ceiling with a shower of lights. 
Dubbed as #IRWINstheLADY, the wedding was reminiscent of how Irwin won over Ladylyn with his persistence, generosity, and loyalty. Six years ago, a chance encounter in a Boracay event where Ladylyn was one of the models led to romance a few months after. “I didn’t realize right away that he was interested in me,” Ladylyn reveals. “He would take me and my friends out. He really took the time to make me comfortable and was patient enough to prove that he was serious about having a lasting relationship,” she adds with a smile.
Together, the couple lives in service of the country. While Irwin holds a position in the city government, Ladylyn is an active supporter of TULAY (Tulong at Alalay sa May Kapansanan Foundation), which focuses on giving free therapy to children with autism.
The bride wore a beautiful ball gown by Mark Bumgarner while the groom looked sharp in a blue suit by Randy Ortiz.
Among the esteemed list of principal sponsors were President Rodrigo Roa Duterte and Mdm. Cielito ‘Honeylet’ S. Avancena, Manila Mayor Joseph Ejercito M. Estrada, and business mogul Teresita Sy-Coson. The President was represented in the event by Atty. Harry Roque.
