Heart Evangelista and Chiz Escudero recently had their renewal of vows at The Royal Balesin Villa on Feb. 15, 2024. The couple’s extravagant ceremony captured the attention of the public, not only because of their love and affection but also due to the remarkable elements that stood out.
Heart’s goddess bridal look
In the video posted by Dr. Aivee Teo, Heart looked absolutely stunning as she made her way down the aisle. She wore a breathtaking beaded sleeveless top paired with a nude dress featuring a square neckline. The dress was customized by renowned Lebanese designer Elie Saab. To complete her goddess-like look, Heart adorned herself with a long shawl that elegantly covered her head, along with a dazzling diamond necklace and a bouquet adorned with precious jewels.
In another ensemble, she opted for a stunning gown designed by Michael Leyva. The ensemble showcased a nude fully beaded Swarovski crystal dress and a flowing long cape, adding an extra touch of elegance.
Chiz, on the other hand, looked incredibly dashing in his all-white attire from Christian Dior. He wore a single-breasted coat, a crisp polo shirt, and well-fitted trousers. Even his boutonniere was adorned with one yellow calla lily and white gypsophilia, perfectly complementing his stylish ensemble.
Heart’s heartfelt message to Chiz
Heart expressed her deep love and gratitude to Chiz through a heartfelt message. Her words beautifully conveyed her appreciation for everything Chiz has done in her life and emphasized how he embodies the essence of true love.

The venue, skillfully transformed by the talented Badang Rueda, created a dreamy and romantic atmosphere. Soft glowing lights illuminated the surroundings, while immaculate white flowers adorned the space. Clear candle holders and a mirrored aisle added a touch of sophistication. The opulent reception area featured modern gold dining chairs, glass tables, and an abundance of white blooms and candle holders, further enhancing the overall ambiance.

The couple’s guests embraced the couple’s chosen color theme, showcasing outfits in various shades of nude, white, and a few silver ensembles. The attendees included notable personalities such as Senator Grace Poe and her husband Neil Llamnzares, Dr. Aivee Teo, as well as close friends and members of the wedding team.
The presence of Heart’s mom
It can be recalled that Heart’s parents didn’t make it to Heart and Chiz’s wedding back in 2015. At that time, her parents didn’t approve of their wedding, but Heart received a letter from her father Rey, “If the time comes that we see that you and Chiz are happy and if I see him loving you the way you deserve to be loved, I will come knocking at your door.” Her mother, on the other hand, chose to keep silent.
This time around, her mother walked down the aisle with Heart, giving her daughter a warm hug at the end of the walk. It was truly a heartwarming move for mother and daughter.
