Miss International 2005 Lara Quigaman shares a touching message to her husband Marco Alcaraz on their 13th wedding anniversary.
In a heartfelt Instagram post, Jan. 2, 2023, the former beauty queen reflects on their journey and expresses gratitude for finding love and happiness with the actor.
“1.1.24. Sometimes I forget that you were the answer to my prayer… how God allowed me to go through all those hurts to see how beautiful our relationship is,” she wrote.
“And today as I look at our photos from 13 years ago (January 1, 2011) when we first got married in Vancouver Canada, I am reminded again how God heard my cry and led me to you… mahal kita asawa ko habang buhay. Happy anniversary!” she continued.
Alongside the heartfelt caption, the “May Bukas Pa” actress shares throwback photos from their wedding day.
The actor appeared stylish in a black tuxedo, with his arm around Lara’s waist, holding a bouquet of white stargazer lilies. Lara looked stunning in a winter faux fur coat and a sparkling birdcage veil.
Celebrities like Rodjun Cruz and Joross Gamboa join in to shower the couple with warm wishes and blessings. Lara and Marco tied the knot in a civil wedding ceremony in Vancouver, Canada back in 2011.
