What began as a modest online venture; selling cookies, brownies, and other sweet treats, slowly unfolded into a flourishing cake artistry business rooted in celebration and storytelling.
After 15 years of teaching cooking, baking, and hospitality subjects, Chef Realyn sought a creative outlet beyond the classroom. “I planned to start small,” she shares, “just an online space for baked goodies.”
But a simple birthday cake order soon changed the trajectory. The turning point came with a debut cake she created for her niece, an “amazing cake,” as she fondly recalls, that caught the attention of event suppliers and venue owners.
“That moment changed everything for me,” she says. “From there, the orders just kept coming.”
Today, Reyn and Sam Baked Delights is among the most sought-after cake suppliers in Rizal, particularly in Antipolo, known for designs that are as thoughtful as they are visually striking.
Central to their process is storytelling. Each cake begins with a conversation. “We ask couples about their theme and their love story,” she explains. “It helps us create something meaningful and tasteful, not just beautiful.”
Whether it’s a rustic naked cake or a modern slab design adorned with fresh fruits and candles, each piece is tailored to reflect the couple’s personality.
Among their most memorable creations is a life-sized debut cake for their daughter, hand-painted with her portrait and inspired by her gown. “It took us two weeks to complete,” she shares, “and every detail was made with love.”
Beyond aesthetics, quality remains paramount. With strict adherence to tested recipes, premium ingredients, and proper sanitation, they ensure every cake tastes as exceptional as it looks. “We want every bite to be just as unforgettable as the design,” she says.
