Rosemary and Thyme has been delighting palates since 2008, when it first opened as a cozy family restaurant at Robinsons Starmills in the City of San Fernando. Known for its Italian pastas and Mediterranean-inspired menu, it quickly became a favorite among locals, showcasing Kapampangan culinary expertise with every dish.


For 12 successful years, the restaurant thrived, until the pandemic challenged the way they did business. Rather than closing their doors, Rosemary and Thyme embraced change, transforming into a catering service to continue sharing the food they love. Today, they bring the same passion for cooking and the same dedication to using fresh culinary herbs straight to weddings, events, and celebrations across Central Luzon.

Owner Cynthia N. Decierto shares that their goal has always been to create dishes that go beyond nourishment — food that warms the heart and brings people together. “To us, FOOD is always a CELEBRATION,” she says, a mantra that guides every menu they craft.
