At the heart of every wedding is a singular truth—beauty begins with authenticity. This was the soul-stirring message behind Embrace You, a bridal fashion show that headlined The Brides at Triton Wedding Expo 2025 at Jpark Island Resort & Waterpark in Cebu.

Uniting some of Cebu’s most celebrated female designers, the show became more than just a showcase of bridal fashion—it was a heartfelt celebration of identity, artistry, and self-love. Each look that graced the runway whispered the same sentiment: “Be you. Fearlessly.” The gowns and suits carried stories—woven in lace, stitched in native fibers, and designed not to transform brides, but to reflect them.

From the first step to the final twirl, glam expert Jessie Glova worked his magic behind the scenes, enhancing the natural beauty of each model. Elevating the evening further, soprano prodigy Izarzuri “Zsarie” Vidal captivated the audience with her powerful vocals, adding emotional resonance to the already breathtaking show.

Each designer brought her own vision, but they were united by one goal: to empower modern brides (and grooms) to embrace themselves fully as they step into their forever.
Claudia Yeung of Bezza opened the show with her Sea Collection, where recycled fabrics and indigenous weaves flowed like ocean tides. Her designs urged brides to move with purpose and grace—like they were floating between sustainability and style.

Ixa Escario followed with pieces inspired by the raw beauty of island life—fresh, poetic, and free. Despite a last-minute rush, her designs carried an ease that encouraged brides to trust their gut and speak their truth.

Jessica Ouano’s Kinabuhi line merged heritage and modern cottage core, drawing from her Filipino-German roots with handwoven pineapple silk and cotton. Her message: let your dress carry a piece of who you are.

Marichu Tan, a legend in the industry, brought transformation to life with a butterfly-inspired gown and a regal brocade suit for the groom—reminding us that love stories are shared journeys.
From Pinky Magalona’s golden boho shimmer to Rachel Rama’s dreamy princess silhouettes, each designer echoed the same truth: confidence is the best couture.

Whether you’re walking down a sandy aisle or into a courthouse, Valerie Alvez and Yoko Sato proved that comfort and quiet luxury never go out of style.

The Embrace You runway reminds all the brides at Triton that real beauty shines when you embrace your story, your body, your roots, and your dreams. Set yourself free whether you prefer heritage to high fashion or nature to nostalgia. Because when it comes to weddings, only one rule matters—it all starts with you, just as you are.
