Get ready for an unforgettable weekend as Cebu’s premier luxury destination, NUSTAR Resort, hosts its first-ever bridal and celebrations fair, BELOVED, on September 21 and 22 at the Grand Ballroom of the NUSTAR Convention Center. Presented by Fili Hotel, this highly anticipated event showcases the hotel’s exquisite ballrooms and a star-studded roster of wedding designers, planners, and more.
Over 90 top suppliers, from stylists and coordinators to jewelers, florists, and photographers, will gather under one roof to inspire and assist couples in planning their dream weddings and events.
Highlights include expert talks by industry icons like Mary Grace Khu on traditional Chinese engagements in “From Ting Hun to Forever,” and Rita Neri, with her insightful session, “Wedding Expectations: From Dream to Reality.”
The centerpiece of the weekend is a breathtaking bridal fashion show by renowned designer Francis Libiran, featuring his latest collection, Covenant for the Beloved, on September 21 at 6 PM.
Fili Hotel will also unveil exciting new banquet packages, offering amazing value and fresh concepts. Couples can indulge in a tasting session on September 22, sampling menu (for a nominal fee) creations by Executive Chef Martin Rebolledo and Executive Pastry Chef Mac Macatangay. This culinary duo will also share valuable tips on menu planning.
The grand finale on September 22 will feature a couture showcase of wedding and milestone celebration attire, with designs from Cebu’s fashion elite, including Philip Rodriguez, Protacio Empaces, Jun Escario, Wendell Quisido, Marichu Tan, Valerie Alvez, Hanz Coquilla, Mike Yapching, Oscar James and Agustin Pedrano.
