Featuring Miguel Generoso Valencia and Isabella “Bea” Noelle Aleta
Long before Miguel and Bea ever considered each other as more than familiar faces, their lives had already been quietly connected. Their parents shared a friendship that began in medical school, and in a charming twist of timing, they were born just a month apart.

As children, their paths crossed often, growing up within the same circles. Yet it wasn’t until a summer of swimming lessons before high school that something shifted, turning years of familiarity into the beginning of something deeper.

From shared conversations to stolen glances, their friendship slowly turned into love. For three years, their feelings remained unspoken, until one evening in high school when Miguel accidentally confessed during a phone call.

“I didn’t plan to say it,” Miguel shared with a laugh, “but sometimes the most honest moments are the ones you don’t prepare for.” That same night, Bea admitted she felt the same. By October 29, 2014, they officially became a couple.

Through the years, their relationship matured alongside them, through school, life transitions, and even Miguel’s journey through law school.
“We really grew up together,” Bea reflected. “Every stage of our lives, we experienced side by side.” After taking the Bar Exam in September 2024, Miguel knew it was time to take the next step.

In December, during what Bea thought was a solo trip to Thailand, Miguel surprised her with a proposal at Blossom Bloom in Khao Yai. Surrounded by vibrant flowers, Bea was overwhelmed with emotion.
“When she said, ‘This is the perfect day,’ I knew that was my moment,” Miguel recalled.

Using her love for photos as part of his plan, he revealed the ring in a picture before dropping to one knee. “I didn’t have a grand script,” he added. “I just wanted it to feel real—and it was.”
Their wedding day became a beautiful reflection of their journey. Held at Santa Maria Della Strada Parish, the same church they grew up attending, the ceremony felt deeply personal.
“It was surreal,” Miguel shared. “That church was part of our childhood, and now it was witnessing the start of our marriage.”

The celebration continued at Lakehall, where they held a second vow ceremony overlooking a breathtaking amphitheater. There, they expressed longer, more personal vows and gratitude to their families.
Bea walked down the aisle to Tenerife Sea, a song tied to their high school memories.

“It’s been our song ever since he used it to prom-pose to me,” she said. “Walking to it on our wedding day felt like everything had come full circle.”
Every detail carried meaning, from Bea’s abaca gown to her heirloom veil and tiara, symbolizing generations of love. Guests were treated to a thoughtfully curated experience, from the menu Miguel carefully designed to a bespoke scent that filled the venue.

“We wanted our guests to feel cared for,” Bea explained. “Not just present, but truly part of our story.”
In the end, what made their wedding unforgettable wasn’t just the details, it was the feeling. “Everything unfolded so naturally,” Bea shared. “It felt less like a production and more like a moment we were simply living in.”
For Miguel and Bea, theirs is a love story that proves the most meaningful journeys are the ones that come full circle…right back to where it all began.
