WaWCon2026 is a heartfelt gathering created for wedding suppliers who believe that growth is best nurtured in community. Founded by Benz Co-Rana of Weddings At Work, WaWCon began with a simple but powerful intention: to create a safe, welcoming space where suppliers can learn, ask difficult questions, and feel supported; without judgment, competition, or pretense.

Over the years, Benz witnessed a recurring truth in the industry: behind the beautiful events and polished portfolios are creatives quietly navigating self-doubt, pricing struggles, burnout, and isolation.
WaWCon was born to answer that need. It is a space for honest conversations, deep encouragement, and real growth, where suppliers are reminded of their worth, empowered to own their voice, and inspired to rise together as a stronger, more united wedding and events community.
On March 4, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, WaWCon2026 gathers the industry once more at Cleo by The Blue Leaf. This year’s thoughtfully curated speaker lineup reflects the heart of WaWCon; experience, generosity, and substance.

Creative visionary Jason Magbanua brings perspective shaped by years of storytelling excellence. Veluz Puno Reyes shares an empowering and practical approach to pricing; one that helps suppliers value their work with clarity and confidence. Winston Lim reframes business as service, while Faith Nat introduces ways to harness AI to work smarter without losing heart.

Panel discussions bring the conversation straight to where it matters, led by some of the industry’s most sought-after planners and coordinators. What Coordinators Wish Suppliers Knew offers an honest, behind-the-scenes look at expectations, workflows, and collaboration, featuring Ayie Contreras-Tuates of Imbitado Events, Jets Uy Battung and Rhona Reyes Battung of Canaan Celebrations by Jets & Rhona, Daday Limjuco of Event Alchemy, and Leo Vidallon of Los Fabulosos Events Management. The discussion opens a rare and valuable dialogue, one that helps suppliers better understand how to work in sync, build trust, and elevate every celebration together.
The conversation continues with Side Hustle Stories: The Why, The How, and The Worth It, a candid exploration of sustainability and long-term growth in the wedding industry. Featuring Marvi De Guzman of Cinemaworks, Albert Nicolas, Nelwin Uy, and Thoffy Consulta, this panel reflects on building side hustles not as escape plans, but as intentional choices, allowing suppliers to enjoy their craft while preparing for futures shaped on their own terms.
Guiding the day’s conversations with warmth and ease are hosts Kevin Lapena, Atom Ungson, Karen Dupalco-Kabuhat, and Mary Grace Khu, ensuring a flow that feels both intimate and inspiring; very much in the spirit of WaWCon.
