In the heart of Tadhana’s main setup, a constellation of white cakes stood like modern-day sculptures, each one a quiet love letter to elegance.

Penk Ching of Pastry Bin, one of Tadhana’s pioneer members, has elevated Modern Filipiniana cake design to an art form. With over three decades in the industry, she continues to inspire with her signature blend of tradition, creativity, and precise craftsmanship.
Tita Penk is known not only for making cakes visually stunning but for ensuring every creation tastes just as exceptional. A true artist at heart, she constantly pushes boundaries, experimenting with textures, cultural motifs, and flavor profiles, while staying rooted in Filipino heritage. Her work reflects a deep passion for storytelling through sugar, elegance, and unforgettable flavor.

Mannix Peña of Cakes by Mannix brought his signature clean and classic aesthetic, crafting fondant creations softened by delicate sugar flowers. His pieces offered a gentle balance to the grand theme, grounding the scene in purity and restraint.

Beside them, the works of Maite Gregorio of Cake Concepts shimmered with artistic intention. A cake artist at her core, Maite ensured that every curve, texture, and detail reflected her personal style. Her cakes were more than something to taste, they were visual poetry, sweet on the palate and equally enchanting to behold.

Cams Gabriel of Sugarcrest drew inspiration from the sea, shaping cakes that echoed the rise and fall of waves and the quiet beauty of white-sand shells. Her designs brought a serene, coastal dreaminess to the setup, as though each tier carried a whisper of the shoreline.

Then came the timeless charm of Angelyn’s Cakes, creations that felt made for sweet, romantic couples. Her designs exuded a quiet, enduring elegance, completing the ethereal tableau.

Together, these white cakes transformed Tadhana into a world where love looked, and tasted, like a dream.
