Featuring Michael Angeles and Czarina C. Domingo
Some love stories unfold quietly over time, waiting for the right moment to blossom. For Michael and Czarina , that moment came years after they first crossed paths. “Mike and I had many mutual friends since high school, but we were always just acquaintances,” Czarina recalls.

Fate brought them back together after college, an unexpected encounter at a mall that turned into a rekindled connection. “I remember telling my mom to talk to me so I wouldn’t have to say hi, because I wasn’t wearing makeup! But Mike did see me, and later asked for my number. That’s my ‘I woke up like this’ flex.”

Their engagement carried the same magic. In Mike’s childhood home, ironically located in the same village where Czarina grew up, he proposed in the most intimate way.
“The room was filled with flowers and a ‘Will you marry me?’ sign,” she shares. “He told me he chose that space because that’s where he knows we’ll start our family. It was perfect.”

As an artist and PR professional, Czarina poured her heart into making their wedding deeply personal. From live art portraits for guests to custom Lego keychains symbolizing their shared passions, every detail spoke of their story.
“We wanted our guests to feel special and experience something new,” she says. Their menu, lovingly curated by the late culinary legend Margarita Fores, paid tribute to Mike’s father by weaving in his favorite Pampanga dishes—a gesture that moved everyone present.

The couple’s love for fun and creativity shone through the celebration. Quirky illustrated invitations captured their personalities, while a Kiss Cam and playful games brought energy to the reception.

Highlights included heartfelt tributes to Mike’s late father, surprise performances by family, and even a tequila cart pushed by the bride herself. “No one could turn down a shot from the bride,” Czarina laughs.

The ceremony, officiated by Fr. Jerry Orbos, carried an even deeper meaning. “Years ago, when I was still single, I told him I was hoping to meet a good partner, and he prayed over me. We pinky-promised he would marry me one day. That promise was fulfilled.”

With timeless white and cream florals, modern black accents, and warm candlelit tables, the atmosphere was both romantic and joyful. Surrounded by longtime friends, close-knit families, and memories that honored the past while celebrating the future, Michael and Czarina’s wedding was more than a union, it was a living testament to love, legacy, and togetherness.
