What does it take to mount a large-scale wedding community event in just a few weeks?

For Benz Co-Rana, founder of Weddings@Work (WaW), the answer is simple: “It’s not me, it is them ALL.”

Held at Cleo with over 450 attendees and 177 companies represented, WaWCon was more than just a conference, it was a homecoming, a masterclass, and a heartfelt reunion rolled into one.

From wedding industry pioneers like Jason Magbanua, Dino Lara, and Tisha Rosales to first-time WaW participants, the energy was undeniable. “I super love the attendance today… we all grew up together,” Benz shared, her heart full.

Behind the scenes was a dream team composed of production leads Bingo Crew: Ayie Contreras-Tuates Imbitado Events, Daday Limjuco of Event Alchemy, Thoffy Consulta of Full Events by Thoffy, Anton Sarcia of Okasyon by Anton Sarcia, and Troy Tuates of Ministry of Sound Audio and Lights.

“Grabe, di ako makapaniwala! We actually followed the time schedule…as in, as in, as in!” she laughed. “It’s because of the people behind me. They get mad, act mad, but still get the job done.”

WaWCon lived up to its truest essence: WaW Connect. “Like MoMCon was Mom Connect, WaWCon is WaW Connect,” Benz reflected.

Benz’s gratitude extended to the entire roster of partners and sponsors who made it all possible:
