Brittany Palazzo is more than just a wedding venue—it’s a grand escape into timeless elegance. Nestled within the sprawling 10-hectare Villar City, this palatial destination is reminiscent of Italy’s most breathtaking estates, complete with manicured gardens, ornate fountains, and architectural gems like The Grand Staircase, Crystal Dome, and the Enchanting Bridge.

With six luxurious indoor venues and three picturesque outdoor spaces, Brittany Palazzo caters to weddings of all sizes. The Byzantine and Victorian Ballrooms can be combined for grand receptions of up to 600 guests, while the Colonial Ballroom and Cento Gallery offer intimate yet sophisticated settings. For outdoor celebrations, the Grand Conservatory, Gazebo Garden, and Colonial Garden provide a dreamy backdrop for vows.

Brittany Palazzo also offers a one-of-a-kind convenience with its own Catholic chapel on-site, making it a seamless choice for couples. With premium amenities and partnerships with top event suppliers, it ensures every wedding is nothing short of extraordinary.

“Apart from what can be seen, the core of our differentiation lies with the relationship that we have with our accredited suppliers and the quality of service that we give to clients. Our collaboration with the country’s most esteemed event suppliers allows us to offer more value to our clients,” shares Mr. Roumel Itum, Head of Marketing of Brittany Palazzo.

Erlyn Olarte-Conwi transforms celebrations into candlelit dreams, combining warmth and romance into every detail. Her design, which she calls “Warm Hues and Candlelit Dreams”, works around a palette of mocha brown, cappuccino, toffee, and cream.

A breathtaking tablescape unfolds with lush Ecuadorian roses, peonies, and dahlias arranged on a wooden board, their soft hues glowing under golden candlelight. Scattered gold candle holders add a flickering warmth, while delicate Matthiola and Craspedia lend texture and charm. Every element, from the rich florals to the ambient lighting, is a masterful balance of elegance and intimacy—turning any gathering into a beautifully styled memory.

The rustic mocha mousse wedding theme for this Dream Theme was a masterpiece of warmth and elegance, perfectly captured in the cake and stationery.

Ghia Pastoral of The Write Impression’s stationery design mirrored this refined aesthetic, drawing inspiration from a contemporary café. Shades of mocha, coffee, latte, and chocolate blended seamlessly with sleek, modern fonts and a non-traditional layout. Printed on cream paper stock, the suite radiated understated sophistication, making every detail a reflection of the couple’s stylish, heartfelt celebration.

Audrey’s Pastry Boutique crafted a multi-tiered vision of rich mocha hues, delicate textures, and handcrafted floral accents. “We draw inspiration from our everyday milieu and trends for this cake design,” shared Audrey’s. “Its delicate, handcrafted floral accents and minimalist design are inspired by the timeless elegance of nature and the beauty of simplicity.” The cake incorporated Mocha Mousse—the 2025 Color of the Year—bringing a warm, inviting feel.

Brittany Palazzo’s menu is a thoughtfully curated selection of flavors designed to delight every guest, curated by Executive Chef Harvey Amot and his team from the Palazzo Banquet.

The experience begins with Artisanal Breads, a refined take on cocktail hour indulgence, including buttery croissants, flaky Danish pastries, soft cheese rolls, and the beloved ensaymada—each bite a testament to quality and craftsmanship.

Next, the Pumpkin Soup offers a velvety embrace of warm, earthy flavors—a comforting prelude to the feast ahead.

For heartier fare, the Chicken Satay delivers tender, marinated skewers infused with smoky, aromatic spices, while the Chinese Pork Asado pays homage to Filipino tradition with its succulent, richly flavored pork.

To end on a sweet note, the Panna Cotta presents a modern twist on a classic dessert—silky, delicate, and elegantly simple, a fitting finale to an unforgettable dining experience.
