One of its most remarkable contributions was the 2016 recreation of the Malolos Banquet Menu of 1899 for the 125th anniversary of the Malolos Congress, attended by the President of the Philippines and 500 dignitaries. The restaurant also played a significant role in the Philippine Experience Program, hosting foreign diplomats and high-profile guests.
