Expanding beyond wine, H&T Wine Gallery has also introduced its Gin and Tonic Trolley, crafted in collaboration with Simon Côté of High Proof. This carefully curated collection of premium gins and top-tier tonics offers a sophisticated option for pre-dinner drinks, post-dinner indulgence, or a casual cocktail night.
