Asia’s Got Talent host Rovilson Fernandez is now engaged to his non-showbiz partner Drey David.
The couple shared their joyous moment through an Instagram reel posted by Drey on Oct. 1, 2023. The reel featured their trip to Amsterdam, where they celebrated Rovilson’s 50th birthday.
In a romantic gesture, Rovilson proposed to Drey in front of the Rijksmuseum on Sept. 26. Drey happily accepted, and the couple embraced and kissed in celebration.
Adding to the romantic atmosphere, Drey chose Ellie Goulding’s song “Still Falling For You” as the background music for her Instagram Reel. She captioned the post with the phrase “New favorite ‘F’ word,” prompting Rovilson to playfully speculate on its meaning.
“Finally?” “Fiancé?” “Mrs. Fernandez?!” “Fructose?!” Rovilson commented.
Rovilson’s close friend, Marc Nelson, expressed his congratulations to the couple. He jokingly commented, “About bloody time!! Hahaha. Now I’m super kicking myself for not being there!”
