#WERealWeddings features one of the most celebrated young designers, Patricia Santos, who just got hitched with her long-time partner, Lester Yao. The young couple organized their backyard wedding on their own. With the help of their closest friends and family, they pulled off one of the most enchanting civil weddings to date.
Their backyard was transformed into a lush English garden themed-setup by no less than Gideon Hermosa.
One of the highlights during their wedding was the musical performance by Moira Dela Torre and Jason Marvin, and Lester’s “teary” moments caught on camera!
