Glee alum Lea Michele tied the knot with beau, AYR clothing company president Zandy Reich, on March 9, 2019, at Napa’s Caneros Resort. The intimate ceremony was officiated by Glee creator Ryan Murphy. The event was attended by 210 of the couple’s family members and closest friends — including Michele’s TV costars, Glee‘s Darren Criss and Becca Tobin, and Scream Queens‘ Emma Roberts.
Lea and Zandy had a serendipitous first meeting at their best friend’s wedding some years ago. The two hit it off immediately and in July of 2017, they made their relationship public. Following a romantic beach getaway, the businessman proposed to the singer with a 4-carat elongated, radiant cut diamond ring which he designed with the help of Leor Yerushalmi and the Jewelers of Las Vegas in April last year.

The Bride Wore Monique Lhuillier
Lea’s friend and celebrity stylist, Brad Goreski helped the bride conceptualize her bridal look after seeing Monique Lhuillier’s collection on Instagram. Unlike other brides who stress out on a wedding gown style, she locked in on a bridal gown called “The Luna” early on and arranged for a fitting at the renowned designer’s atelier.
The designer and the bride worked for close to nine months perfecting her bridal ensemble. The result was a timeless and romantic bridal dress fit for a princess. Monique made a strapless gown with a structural sweetheart neckline and silk gazar draped over the corset-style bodice. The voluminous hand-tufted skirt was completed with a cathedral-length veil made from hand-appliquéd lace to create the ultimate fairytale silhouette.

Lea’s hair was parted in the middle in a super sleek low chignon by Sarah Potempa. Her bridal makeup by Meredith Baraf was fresh and glowy, which added to the bride’s radiance. She wore a pair of pear-shaped diamond drop earrings to add a little sparkle to her classic ensemble.
Later in the evening, the couple shared their first dance to the tune of Can’t Help Falling In Love by Hailey Reinhart. Changing into a sexy Monique Lhullier lace mini-dress, Lea even serenaded the guests with a duet with Darren Criss. Guests took to the dance floor to and danced the night away with Project M providing the evening’s music.
Congratulations to the happy couple!
